The Committee on Roads and Transportation moves to amend the
title of the bill on page 1, line 10, by striking the title of the
bill in its entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the following:
"
A BILL to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by
adding thereto a new section, designated §17-16A-18b, relating
to exempting motor vehicles in funeral processions from paying
tolls on parkway projects and turnpikes.
"
